OK. So help me out. How will 2nd hand Marijuana smoke be handled ? In this case it’s less like achohol and more like cigarette smoke. Will someone end up filing a federal lawsuit against the state of Colorado when their children are exposed to 2nd hand marijuana smoke ? And will public establishments have to ban its use like it did with cigarette smoke ?
