Apex Indoor Tennis Center ground breaking
Last Friday was a great day for Arvada and Apex as we broke ground for the Apex Indoor Tennis Center at 64th and Miller. This is the beginning of the “big three” recreation projects for the Apex Community. These projects were approved by the Apex voters by an overwhelming landslide vote last spring. Remember ?. It was through the careful and fiscally responsible planning of the Apex Board, Staff, and input from our community that assembled a winning and comprehensive improvement for recreation for everyone. We made sure that everything that could be done internally was done first and accounted for. This enabled us to utilize every penny (and then some) for the new projects. The process took nearly eight years of planning. And we did it ? I look forward to doing this for the residents for Arvada. Are you ready ?
