I am moving from the pool to the fire. I have submitted my paperwork and will be running for the Arvada Fire Protection District Board of Directors. The election is on May 8th and is NOT coordinated with the county.  So you must send in an application to receive a ballot in the mail.

I hope to help the district construct two new fire stations and to help the district to grow in a thoughtful manner know there are potential revenue changes related to the Gallagher and Tabor amendments. I hope to see the District continue its great track record of service to the community.  I have state level special district experience, project construction experience, and small government budgeting and financial experience.
